roll cage gussets
 

im about to start my first cage with a well qualified friend and was wondering how thick the gussets should be. i found these flair tools http://www.vansantent.com/sheet_meta...lare_tools.htm
that will work up to 16 gauge steel. thanks chris

You can use 16 gauge. 18 gauge can be worked into slight angles and bends easier... Dimples make the 18 gauge really strong
