Places to drift (Legally)

I was not able to find a thread that talks about places to drift? I want to know about actual race tracks, events and anything else that has to do with drifting.

Please do not post anything about street racing or drifting.

I want to start to participate in drifting events. So far i have found this website,

http://www.streetwisedrift.com/

that host events for amateurs in controlled environment. They are located in North Carolina, I was wondering if anyone know any other companies that organize events for amateurs.

I don't have that kind of money or time that would take to participate in something like Formula D.

I used to participate in AutoX events at local SCCA region. It is not drifting, but they don't complain if you go sideways.

That's the the amateur TN stuff I came across accidentally while surfing forums and such.

The Traction Optional guys are located in Memphis, TN, that is further for me that Atlanta and Charlotte. I live in Knoxville which is east TN.

Maybe I just need to convince my wife to move to a better location for drifting.

It could be as easy as searching for atlanta drifting.
