Dude, when I saw them on your white car I was like "I'm gunna fucking find a set of those!" It's funny that I ended up with yours. Lol your white car was so rad. Hopefully I can make this thing at least half as cool.

Also your black FC is rediculous.

slava 04-01-13 01:48 AM

Marco93 04-02-13 01:03 AM

Hey man, I see you are running a FMIC for drifting.
I have been told that the cooling suffers horribly when a big IC sits in front of the radiator. Have you experienced this problem? What kind of set up are you running for your radiator?
Sorry for all the questions, thank you,
Marco

joshuaput 04-02-13 01:26 AM

Dear Marco,
These pictures are from the past. In your post, You have travelled back to the year 2007.
This car is far gone in the present time. That being said, I would like to travel back to my past
and inform you that I never had any issues with cooling from my fmic. I had a giant 4 inch core
Perrin intercooler which was about the same size as jeffs, only thicker. I ran a koyo radiator.
Just make sure you have ducting and get a better oil cooler. You will be set.

Regards,
J Putnam Esquire

P.S. I did have some cooling issues, But it was from running a stock clogged oil cooler. The stock
oil cooler has a thermostat in it. I dont know how it works, I didnt invent most of the technology.
Somehow the clog didnt cool my oil and caused it to overheat. Never the less it had nothing to do
with the fmic.

Another P.S. The issue with running a fmic on your drift car is that people tend to run into things
quiet frequently while drifting. If you have your intercooler down there it will take most of the
impacts. which could render your car useless very quickly.

Was trying! I tried too hard though and didnt do well. Way way too much rear grip for only having been on the 5psi gate spring :/

Hows your build coming bro?
