What, you saying drifters normally don't have PS? I can't imagine drifting w/o power steering! It just doesn't make any sense to me! Can someone explain the benefits of drifting w/o it?

If you car is light up front then you won't "need" power steering since it will make little to no difference. A car like a AE86 doesn't need it and many switch to the manual rack. But if your driving something like a Viper, bmw, charger etc. If you don't have power steering it's a terrible experience. Even in a 240sx, without the power steering assisting you, it wont be the fastest way around the track.

hahah wow that brings back lots of memories. That was my home track for 3 years. Who are you racing with? could be Winds Auto? I have some pics from Japan drifting at Nikko, Ebisu, Tskuba and other tracks as well. I wish more people would pay to go to events around here now America is so different.

Have fun and enjoy kosoku corner!!
