I have never heard of this being a problem on FCs.

I thought my car was low scraping header everywhere lol.

That being said, you will more then likely have to have them custom made.

I drove my FC a year and a half with my PBM coils max low with both collars removed and never had this problem. Your axle is probably hitting the diff mount nut and causing stress on the axle, look into Parts Shop Max diff risers

Found to be another problem. I have everything Psm and battle version for rear except for the rear control arm spherical bearings. Still have stock rubber I suspect of binding and failing. Ordered Pbm spherical bearings so will have to wait and see. Seems like the castor of the driver rear is off unusually close to the front of the wheel arch.

The early 87 tii cars had longer axle stub shafts(3/16") and marginally shorter axles. If you do end up thinking you need spacers you could try to find the earlier model stub shafts which would achieve the same goal.

Reviving an old thread so people can use my input. I did need axle spacers due to mismatching early s4 axles and s5 did. I obtained them from maverick Motorsport.

Holy revival. Great info and also Maverick motorsports rocks!
