Front wheel offset with knuckles?

Being used to s-chassis when it comes to this, I'm wondering what offset you guys are running with steering angle mods. Currently I have 17x9 +17 on the front, and I'm unsure of what offset I'll need to run 60+ degrees of angle. Planning on extending the balljoint 1.5" - 2", and I'm already tubbed. Right now it's a tossup between Parts Shop Max knuckles and JTP knuckles, only thing that is being the deciding factor is the turnaround time.

Curious about the offset though, because I'm about to order spacers to get me where I need to be in the front and I don't know what I should order.

I'm also running a 215/40 up front, so tire clearance shouldn't be a problem.

I'm using Abercrombie knuckles with no ball joint extension and -10 offset with a 215. If I unload the suspension I can max out steering rack and have about 1/2 clearance from lca and frame rail. But I guess when I'm actually driving it barely rubs on inside of my LCA at lock. I'm also on 16 inch wheels.

I run 17x9 +10 with 1.5in extended ball joints/Abercrombie knucks with 205/40/17's. I also run shineauto 30mm wider fenders. I still rub at lock, I had to cut the inner lip of the fender too.

Damn : ( so either way with 17x9's, I'll have to go with widebody fenders? I was hoping that I'd somehow be able to keep 9's and stock metal fenders.

I could use 15mm of fender up front and I'm only 16x8. I'm sure 17x9 with ~0 or - offset will require a huge roll or more fender.

I have my own custom spindles and,I have to run 18x9.5 -27

Any less and I would rub lca

Well I'm probably going to end up selling my 17x9 +38's and getting 17x8 +35's and run 50mm spacers, bringing them to -15. With that I can run a 205/40 or 45 and not have to worry about getting fiberglass fenders hopefully. I wish the 9's were +17 like my other pair so I could have extras for the rear but that's just unfortunate.

Why dont you just run 20mm spacers on the 17x9's? Seems like an easier solution to me.

Maybe he's concerned about inner clearance.
