Fc knuckle relocation

Im looking to cut and relocate the knuckle for more angle but ive been searching to no avail how much do i need to cut without ruining the knuckle. Ive kinda come up with about a inch but thats just out of thin air. If anyone could help me id much appreciated it. Sorry if there's a thread already i couldnt find one

you are kind of asking for peoples trade secrets, my only advise is to figure out what you want our of the knuckle and try to figure out the best way to reach that.

ps. you dont have to cut metal out, just cut off the tie rod point and place it under where you just cut it off.

ive moved mine about 1 inch. I moved it lower to try and fix bumpsteer. but it doesnt fix bumpsteer unless you move the balljoint pickup too. you can also move the pickup in or out to change ackermen. there are many many threads on the subject. if you want to do a basic setup cut out 1 inch and weld back on. then run them. if you dont like them you can find another set of knuckles and change it.

Yep..
I'd probably use bumpsteer ends to avoid inner rod damage..
