Can anyone tell me how they attached their side skirt at the spot between the door and rear wheel arch? I can't get mine to stay. Shy of doing panel bond I can't think of anything else. Its zip tied to the arch but flares out at the front. Please help!

Dzus fittings
Self tapping screws
And then more self tapping screws |
Or that
Hella zip ties.
anything that doesnt require me to drill into the kit from the outside where its visible?
i had the same problem when i had bomex sides. i fiber glassed a couple small bolts to the inside of the skirt then drilled a couple holes in the body. nuts on the inside with a couple lock washers and done. :)
That's actually a really good idea but I would more inclined to use a stronger compound to bond those bolts since that's what will be holding the stress. Maybe like and expoxy either that use a lot of glass and reinforce the area with a plate to spread the load
your right about the plate idea. the best way would prolly be to weld two small bolts to a plate then glass over the plate. that way the bolts never break free from the glass and start spinning.
