DGRR 2011 Event Date has been set!!

Dates are: April 28th - May 1st, 2011

Location: Nantahala Village

Registration will open early Jan. 2011

Also, you can not book any rooms til registration opens. If you happen to book at NVNC, I have the rights to cancel your reservation! So, don't even try :)

This coming DGRR event is forecast to be the biggest of past 6 years!! Sign up early and get your cars ready during the winter!

Sweet, I been wanting to go to this for the past 3 years, but even though I live only 20 minutes from deals gap I never made it out. Hopefully I can have the car up and running by then this year

Just out of curiosity, why is the event held at Nantahala Village and not at Tapoco Lodge or Fontana Village?

Well, You could head down to Mitty on Sunday... which I might do.

Aw man, same weekend as the mitty and finals, sucks. I will probably have to miss my first DGRR since 2005 :(

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I make it this year. I had to cancel at the last minute last year.

Fingers crossed for this year... hoping "Rotary-Murphy" will finally cut me a break! After registering early last year, I had to miss the event due to a family emergency.

OK, I realized there are several of you considering going to Mitty...

I didn't not realize this and I myself am interested going to Mitty.

Since DGRR date was just set, I'm trying to get in touch with NVNC to see if we could move a week ahead. If so, DGRR will continue a week ahead or announced date. If not, I might cancel this years DGRR.

Whats Mitty? So I shouldn't plan my drive out to DGRR this year? :(

We are going to stick to the original date of April 29th - May 1st, 2011.

Those of you attending Mitty, maybe you guys should consider driving couple of hours up and joining us on Saturday :)
