DGRR 2007 - Might be the last time....
 

Alright guys! I want next years DGRR to be the biggest event East of Mississippi..

I've spent way too much time in the past 2 years organizing this event and I need to start thinking about my work and other things in my life...

SO, I want to go out with a bang!

I met up with some V8 7 owners at the Seven Not Stock and they were interested.. and Brian Hinson from Hinson Super Car was interested and also other vendors from last year! I'm also going to put my own money for next year so that it will be the BIGGEST rotary event IN USA before I say quits (So, My name will be on the back of the shirts:))!

If you want to help out, please post here.. I would love to have over 200 rotary cars. I think with help of all of you, we can do this!

Same as past two years, I want this to be a free event. Purchasing a T-shirt (should be around $10-$15) will get you a free lunch and door prizes.. THis year, everyone who attended the dinner recieved something FREE!

Also, whatever is left over from the event will be donated to the RX7CLUB.com and RXtuner magazine.. This year, we donated $250 to the club. Hope we could donate $1000 next year.

I would like to help in anyway I can. However, I'm looking into to getting completely out of Law Enforcement and I don't know for sure what I will be doing around the time of the event next year. Aside from that I'll try to help if possible.

I would love to help in any way possible! I can't wait until we meet up there again. I'm a little young (18 by next year) and you might not want me to be in charge of anything and whatnot, but I would be willing to strap some cameras on my car and video tape the event. (I should buy me some hoosiers as to make it more interesting :D) but yeah, just let me know if theres anything you can think of that a youngster such as myself can do

what is the tenative date?

We're looking at any weekend in late March - late April. So far, Apr 13-15th seems like the best bet, but that could easily change.
