Banquet at Fontana Village April 21st, Saturday night..

OK guys. The dinner at Fontanna will be more per person than last year.. and less choice.

We need to pick one of the following:

Ok, here is the deal on dinner for Saturday night at the lodge:
The cost will be $15.00 per person. This covers the meal, tax, gratuity, and room charge. You can pay at the registration desk to avoid a big line in the restaurant on Saturday night. Make sure you get a ticket for dinner from the registration desk! Here is the menu that was decided on by the poll in this thread:

4/21/07 Dinner in the Carolina Room at the lodge (time 7-9pm)

Chicken Parmesan
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Garlic Bread
Tossed Salad w/ Dressings
Southern Style Green Beans
Buttered Corn
Apple Cobbler
Iced Tea
Coffee

So the next step is to start a list of those who will be joining us for dinner on Saturday night. Copy and paste the list in your reply and add a line for each attendee so we can get total number to the lodge so they can prepare the right amount of food. We need this list as complete as possible by Tuesday, March 20.

thanks phil. i will add her name to the list, but ill put she wont be eating. that way youll have a better idea of how many seats youll need. i may also need to add a few people over the next couple of weeks, but i wont do that until they lock down theyre going.
