Happy DGRR Week! What Do You Have Left To Do?

It's finally here! Like the title says, what do you have left to do for DGRR?

I busted it over the weekend and am pretty much done. Need to install a few parts but they are not here yet. Other than that ready to go. This is my first year not having to drive up from FL. My trip from Asheville is a little over one hour so I am pumped!

All that is left is to make the RX-8 shiny.

Might try to get the trans and diff fluids changed too.

I changed the oil and trans fluid in the TII on the weekend. I'm leaving today to start the journey. 30 hours of driving here I come!

I need to do some more cleaning, change out my intake filter, and check all my fluids, then should be good to go.

Cleaning, buffing, packing for the 4 night stay in the cabin This is my big vacation for the year so I plan on making it "count". No way am I going to have time to resurface and paint/clear coat my rear spoiler but oh well, she isn't a "show car" so I am not too stressed out, we are there to drive! I wanted to get my new springs on but they won't get here in time

still have to change the oil and finish cleaning it up. probably should replace the fuel filter since it's kinda over due. not that there's any problems there, still screams like a dream.

Just got back from DC. Waxed the 7 before we left for that, so I guess I just need to install the front under pan, clean the cig lighter (dirty contacts make intermittent connection with phone charger) and I might clean up the stereo surround a bit.. We will see. Oh, and put a tool kit in her and gotta get gas... Driving from AVL as well, so not too worried. hehe. :-)

Considering my Rx-4 still has no rear axle in it, I really didn't have a choice...

I'm in, looks like the weather is going to suck Sat-Sun, but they say Fri will be dry. Planning on doing the Friday AM drive again like last year. Safe travels to you too, must be nice being an hour's drive away!
