Cherohala Skyway Drive -Friday Morning 2015
 

This is the updated thread for the skyway drive, all info will be posted here for this years drive. If you are planning on joining in please add your name to the list. We will be meeting at the Nantahala lodge parking lot at 9am and leaving soon after, so don't be late. We will be using two way radios so if u have one bring it. Lunch will be in Madisonville, there is a walmart there that will be the meeting place for leaving out, you can eat anywhere u want, I figure an hour is plenty for lunch then back to walmart to regroup.

When is this happening?

DGRR event april 16-19. a group usually gets together for the skyway drive that sun morning.

This is for April 17th, Friday.

I went in 2013 so I skipped last year ,

Damn, couldn't get that weekend off for DGRR but will be in this area the first week of March to visit family. I rented a 2015 Mustang for the occasion, V6 though. Would have loved to take my 91 NA and put some faces to screennames.

on the dgrr page friday morning is just lectures until about 2pm or so, should someone start a new thread and get a drive going for friday morning?

Any updates on this ? is this happening or are we just barking up the wrong tree haha

Good question since this is the thread for last year and this year at this time there will be
seminars going on. I'm still up for a drive like this.

Let's just meet at the lodge at 9 and whoever wants to drive can come with us.

Yeah its pretty much the same deal every year, just meet at the lodge at 9.

anyone leading ? I usually get lost since my GPS doesnt work ! :lol:

We will join you guys as well if that's OK, we won't get lost and if we do I bet we "find" the waterfall, lol. See you guys soon!
