mobile devices

after the update this site no longer works on mobile devices that use windows mobile. way to go!!!

Also the one PM every 60 seconds is just stupid. it is designed to stop spammers and is great, except it should be eliminated after say 100 posts. once someone is on here long enough to post 100 times it's highly unlikely they are a spammer.

Unfortunately there isn't a easy way to specify that the 60 second limit be removed after x amount of posts. That is not a feature of the forum software. Sorrry.

As far as mobile devices I myself and many others use the site with no issues. Can you be more specific as to the nature of your issues.

Works on my Blackberry just fine, it's cause WM isn't that special.

damn i guess my phone is just jacked then. Every time i try and load any page it loads the header and the loging section and stops there. time for a new phone... lol

A hard reset would probably fix your problem lol, just make sure you backup your settings and data.

DrKillJoY 03-12-09 11:50 AM

LOL... A Hard Reset is the fix for every Blackberry problem.

 In my experience, Blackberry's ARE the problem.

O c'mon you know the world's best selling brand can't possibly be the problem, I mean just look at Microsoft.

Any further discussion?

DrKillJoY 03-31-09 10:06 PM

Since there is no further discussion I'm going to close the thread... FWIW - I just upgraded to Opera Mobile 4.2 and the forum works great on my Instinct.
