Can't start "New Thread" in 2nd Gen Classifieds

Been trying to start a "New Thread" in the 2nd Gen Classifieds, and only getting a blank white screen. Tried using different browsers (Chrome, IE, both don't work).

I've been able to start a classifieds thread under the West Classifieds section, so I don't know what's going on.

Please halp.

Update: Can't start ANY for sale threads in any gen-specific classifieds. :(

The Regional section seems to be working now, but the regular for sale section still does NOT.

Post counts are NOT increasing either.
