It was a great day, thanks to the organizer. Had tons of fin on the track, and it was a great experience. Thanks to Jim for the ride in the FD, the way it sticks to the track and the acceleration are amazing. Can wait to gt out to more track days if its possible.

I'd also like to thank the rx7 guys for coming out, I'm really glad I posted the track day up on the forums.

Any pics you guys took please do put them up, I didn't formally meet anyone, but I did talk to nfs05 at the end, and I did admire those FD and FC's ripping it around the track.

BTW I'm the guy that was taping the webcam to the door of my car, it didn't end up working only because that certain webcam was too cheap. However I mounted my other webcam on my roof and it worked.

If people are interested in how well it worked then I can upload it on google for people to see.

Well despite what happened I must say I did have loads of fun until the "incident".

The track was very technical and I did learn alot about the handling of the car despite what I thought I already knew. Hopefully I'll have her ready for future track meets this summer.

Still kinda dissapointed I didn't get a chance to go for a ride in Jims FD, that car seemed to relentlesly attack the corners, but I guess that's mostly the driver!

If anyone has any pics/videos from friday please post them!

Here is my roof cam video.

For those who didn't get to talk to me when i was installing it, basically all you need is to go to best buy, buy a Creative webcam, the "wide angle" one.

Tape it to wherever you want on your car while hooked up to your laptop, and you can preview the view on your laptop screen, and when you're ready, start capturing the video.

This was my first ever track day so don't laugh when i go off the track!!!
This was pretty early on in the day still, so still learnin, not pushing too hard.
