I think RotaryGreg works at Guelph Mazda.

yes, this is true. im fighting for you guys. I have been for a few months now. Ive talked with both the service and parts managers about it a few times. even went to the owner and talked about it with him, but still nothing yet. Im not getting NO though. I'll do some prodding on monday again and see what i can do for you guys.

BTW, buggy, are you doing day release? at conastoga in guelph i assume. if so, what day? im on fridays i think.

Buggy 08-16-09 08:02 AM

I'm doing block release and yes at conestoga in Geulph. This is my last time around. I'll probably run into ya in the halls at some point. smaxted on here is also going to be there, hopefully with his SA if we can get the exhaust quieted down and he gets it on the road before then.

saw your car today buggy! the parking lot is so lame. full of pickup trucks, minivans and subarus. lol. when i did my first all taht time ago there was like one of everything all the time. also, parking was 3 bucks a day back then...not 7. what a joke!

also, still nothing on the GCM giving rotards a deal...sorry guys. ive done all i can without risking my position there. haha.

Buggy 09-11-09 09:20 PM

I saw you driving your 8 as well. The parking lot is dull, except on wednesdays when Ian RHD is there with his car. We're going to have a rx-7 party next week.

Just an update to say that Paul at Forbes Waterloo Mazda is awesome. He got my mess of an order looked after and at the 20% discount. Thanks Paul.

Bwek 02-14-10 02:34 AM

G-man 04-14-10 10:30 PM

Avante Mazda here in Richmond Hill (ontario) is still giving discounts to RX7Club members. Discount varies depending on part.

Yes, Avante Mazda still giving discount to RX-7 Club and RX-8 Club..... since last year until now, I bought a few parts from them, no matter it's OEM parts or Mazdaspeed parts, all have discount~

Terrh 05-18-10 08:42 PM

can anywhere get JDM parts?

I need a pair of ball joints and some other misc. stuff for my cosmo.

Half Jap Boost Junky 05-30-10 06:39 PM

Nice to see the discounts are still around. It might be a good idea for someone (moderator) to make a summary post that can be edited when needed so that the info can be easily read. I know the post isn't very big right now...just try some forward thinking. lol

QEW Mazda in Oakville gives a 15% discount on parts, just picked up a couple things last week; I dealt with Judy.

MuRCieLaGo 07-12-10 02:19 AM

I'm in Rimouski (Quebec). Unfortunately, my Mazda dealership isn't really cool with RX owners (maybe because I'm the only FD3S owner who goes there?) I'm wondering if it would be possible to SHIP parts? (Yes I would of course pay shipping fees!)

Ka Kui 08-09-10 10:48 AM

I picked up brand new OEM Air Filter for my FD3S in Avante Mazda 2 months ago, and I got Club discount offer as well. (10% - 15% off, I forget)

How does that compare to canadian prices with shipping handling and taxes? Or mazda motorsport program? http://www.mazdamotorsports.com/

just thought I'd let everyone know that QEW mazda is still doing 15% off. I dealt with Judy there

DaoNhatHai 04-25-11 12:41 PM

I've been able to get deals at Ontario Mazda only so far, but have since moved to autopartsway.com for convenience. Parts tend to be cheaper then the dealerships after discount.

Working at a Mazda Dealership... AGAIN!

I just wanted to post up on this thread again that I am once again working at a Mazda Dealership.

As of February 2010 my employment at Forbes Waterloo Mazda had ended, but now I am at Kieswetter Mazda. Contact information is listed below:

Kieswetter Mazda
Phone: (519) 653-6085
Fax: (519) 653-8965
E-Mail: paul@kieswettermazda.com

Feel free to contact me by phone or email anytime during business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm).

Unfortunately right now I cannot offer any sort of discount, but I assure you that if I get enough club members in and ordering parts from us I should be able to work something out with management(hopefully...)

For the time being though, I assure you that I can accurately order the correct parts for you the first time so that you don't have to make any return visits.

As a final note, at Kieswetter Mazda I am required to obtain full payment of any special order parts; no matter how small or big before I can order a part. Preferred method is credit card over the phone but you can also stop by the dealership to pay by cash if that works better for you.

Hope to hear from you all soon.

RXeckless 04-01-12 09:33 AM

Dave Wood in Newmarket give a 20% discount to club member also.

Ioncannon 08-25-12 07:26 PM

As a guy who is soon to be getting his new RX7... YAY I live near there!

i8aMR2 09-10-13 11:21 PM

Went to Avante Mazda in Richmond Hill today...15% off for forum members. Spoke with Dave. He wasn't too sure what RX7Club was and asked, "Is that like a forum?" and I said yes, and he said ok 15% off. Nice guy. However, the manager John stood there on the side and remained silent, had a smug look on his face when I asked about the discount, and didn't appear too happy about giving discounts or greeting customers whatsoever. I was chit chatting with Dave and John stood there disinterested in RX7s, RX8s, and perhaps his job. Maybe a bad day for him as it was 40 degrees outside.

MustangEater 06-20-15 06:54 PM

Picked up some parts from ontario Mazda, now known as Dixie Mazda. Dealt with the parts guy named Tony. He was super helpful. Also got 20 percent discount for being club member.
