My s4 t2 not so much of a build because I bought it built, thread >.<

OSo, I picked up this s4 t2 for what I fell was a complete steal, I don't like buying 'built' cars but I couldn't pass it up.

It came with..

Rebuilt, street ported, pinned and downled (7k reciept) motor
Microtech
550/720 injectors and aeromotive fpr
S5 (hybrid?) turbo
Greddy bov
Racing beat exhaust

And some small other things, strut tower bar/engine brace, fd wheels, slotted rotors, s5 tails, ss clutch line. I have a binder of paper work, last owner has had it since 30k it now has 130k on the body. Got the original window sticker and about 14k in receipts, most of the stuff on the car was bought new oem from the dealer.

The kicker? I paid $1800.. The car has a couple vac leaks which I'm fixing now and some other minor stuff, slight coolant leak and a ps leak(which he gave me new lines with it)

I currently have on order:

Innovate wideband/db gauge
Aluminum radiator
Injectors just went out to rc engineering to be cleaned
All new grommets and orings for injectors and diffusers
New vac lines (3.5mm, thick wall)
UIM gasket and bac vac hose

I have a lot more in store I just want to get her running decent and get a good tune before I do everything else. The engine bay needs a real good cleaning. I will update this as parts come in this week and I do some more work

You need a fan shroud to direct the air from that clutch fan as well as an underbelly tray if its not there.

Not having those will make the engine run hotter.

Forgot to mention, this is my 6th fc, I'm not new to cars lol ;) but thank you. I already started pulling it apart in that picture, radiator, battery, fan shroud etc. it's all there including the belly pan just off the car right now

Here's a pic of her next to my 90 gxl

Got it all back together and she runs beautiful. Having a problem getting into my microtech to tweak the tune so it's currently off the road until I figure that out. Here's some pics anyway..

Started cleaning the bay. Surprisingly the paints in pretty great shape except for the scratches on the pass side in the pic. I started here because it was the easiest to get to. Need to do driver side next, got to pull the coils/fuse box/wiring etc then work my way around the whole thing.

Radiator. Had to trim trim the sides to clear the oil cooler lines and overflow line. Lower rad hose needed to be trimmed as well so got a new one as the old one was crazy hard

Pulled my carpet up to mess with this guy

Picked up this guy. Waiting for the harness to come in then need to install the rest of my system

No pics of the other work unfortunately. I got my injectors back from rc engineering, they look brand new! Nothing like what they looked like when I sent them in. All flow excellent now. Did them, intake gaskets, new bac vac hose, new vac lines, fuel lines and filter. Also replaced the shifter and stereo surround with an s5 one I had laying around.

Next up is coils and wheels and some interior bits
