How made steering more sharp?

I have PS FC3S with luce PS pump.

I feel that steering is smooth, soft and without feedback from road.

Im made direct connection on sub pressure line, it was little bit better.

What modifications can change feedback? Maybe restrictor on main pressure line?

And what manual racks i may install bolt-on on my FC?

The manual rack from any 2nd gen will bolt in.
You'll need the matching passenger side bracket/bushing (the manual rack is smaller diameter than the PS rack on the passenger side, driver side is the same for both) and possibly, the intermediate shaft of the steering column (some people seem to need them, some don't...the manual rack intermediate shaft is longer).

All factory manual racks are 20:1 ratio.
Depending on series/model, your PS rack is either 17:1 or 15:1, so the manual is slower (i.e., more turns lock-to-lock).

Your easiest option may be to just properly depower the rack you already have.

try reducing toe in, zero toe feels the best to me

i try everything. Today install relief valve to reduce pressure. But it not take effect that i want.

Who can help find Manual rack and ship it to Russia please! I cant anymore fight with PS =(

De-powering the steering rack will give you a manual rack with the quicker ratio of a power rack. Steering effort will be heavier than a manual rack because of the faster ratio, but not as heavy as broken power steering (if de-powered properly). Road feel and response will increase, tight low speed turns such as parking may become difficult. If you have access to a welder, read that thread right to the end. There's a short YouTube video on where to weld the pinion shaft to remove ALL steering play and have the most responsive steering possible.

Yeah, i think about this and see this video. But my rack have too much steering play too... and i try to drive without PS pump belt - effort is too much for me. Maybe because big wheels and increased wheel track about +5cm from each side

i find many manual racks on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market but i dont now how check quality and buy it outside USA

if you drive without the belt on you still have to move all the fluids in the rack when you turn. Just removing the belt wont simulate a depowered rack
