Getting back into it.

I previously owned a FC and actually wrecked off of the PV Hills due to Suspension problems and car was a complete loss due to the car rolling.
I was rotorless for about Half a year until about 2 months ago I picked up another FC. Its an 88. Car runs GREAT, Came with T2 JDM hood, Installed an S5 Rear Bumper and I am currently trying to put together a Rocket bunny style wing. I still want to pursue a drift build. It has some dents that need to be mended and it was in an accident before so the hood doesn't sit right. These should be fixed very soon though Enough talking here goes some pictures of the car as of now. |
the uber rare JDM hood that only fits the RHD cars in the states. you can get BANK for that!

No... And as far as the tags I did not put them, I honestly hate the whole "JDM" movement, I'll leave that to the Honda fags. And I would never put RHD as a tag knowing I have a regular ass LHD. So, you can continue to talk shit, but you will just look like a complete ignorant asshole. |
I'm not talking shit. I said WTF is a rocket bunny wing. When will people realize drifting is ruining cars. People need to stop hacking up good cars to "drift" them. When you sell this car in a few years it will be the next owners nightmare to put it back together properly.

convert it to front wheel drive.
|
I googled a bit and i guess he means that with rocketbunny wing->
http://media8.dropshots.com/photos/2...8/b_183647.jpg What I don't get is why that is called rocketbunny wing.:lol: |
hmm, i always thought it was called a "Whale Tail"
i blame it on the japenese influence.

a) decreases the amount of nicer FCs out there, increasing your car's value ultimately b) adds an influx of constant cheap used parts and c) gives you someone to point and laugh at when a car hits the wall because they chose a "no grip" "sport" although i really don't mind drifters so much, as long as they aren't doing stupid shit in public causing officers to look twice at my car because some tool was fucking around on crowded streets. |

And a rocket bunny wing is a kit they had on a s13 that I thought would look good on a seven. If I had a cat worth restoring to keep a classic, this one wouldn't be it. Too much money to do that. And everyone has their own preference, and I like to drift and its my preference. |
just do it responsibly, a drift crew moved into my shop building and now likes to slide down the alley way and i'm about to have some words with them if they keep it up. do it in an empty parking lot, cul de sac or at the proper events.
these are reasons why people are starting to hate it. |

these are reasons why people are starting to hate it. I only drift late at night in an empty lot in the back of a huge plaza. Securities are fine with it because you can't hear us from the street and we respect their authority when they tell us its time to leave. I would never do it knowing I'm putting someone else at risk. I understand why its looked down on. |

I never knew a build was just a cosmetic thing for you, to me it means mechanically.

When did I say a build is only cosmetic? A lot of "upgrades" drifters do make their cars look like an embarassing crap pile. Mismatched wheels. Slammed to the point of being nonfunctional on public roads with negative camber and welded difs that eat new tires like candy. Body kits that do nothing and drag the ground. Exhausts that look and sound embarassing. Improper engine upgrades leading to a "did the TB mod now my car won't idle!" thread. Removing the perfectly functioning AC to reduce the cars weight by 30 pounds.
Lmfao. It still doesnt matter what your input is on what I want to do to my seven. So you're only wasting your time. |

I don't drift on public roads and only idiots cut or heat their springs. |
