Gotcha on the QDC clamps. I've heard very good things on those as well; seem to have similar "take up" abilities for engine movement to the Wiggins stuff also. I'm going to claim the awesome photo quality as why I mistook them.
I'm curious how the hard coat turns out; I'd not thought of that for that use, but it makes sense.

I really like your IC setup! Mine is similar. I think I might borrow your idea about a single pipe for the radiator hose. I currently have a flex hose as a temporary setup but solid line with a coupler @ each end would be much better.
Keep it up!

Make with the pic, son! PM it to me.
I think you misread, the whole radiator hose isn't being replaced with a single pipe. Just the coolant neck. The coolant neck was 3 pieces welded together with the radiator cap welded on. The angle was a little off with the radiator cap and Sean wasn't happy with the way it turned out. So, its being redone with a nice single curved piece instead of the 3 straight pieces cut & welded and the radiator cap will be re-added with the correct angle. In the future I might change some of the soft hose with something similar to the connections my IC setup uses. But I don't feel like dicking around ordering more clamps. I just want to get her back on the road.

Things are moving.. No updated pics to post though. Were trying to get it done for a show in the coming weeks.
Exhaust is an RB turbo back mated to the A-spec downpipe. I've been trying to convince Sean to make me a 4 inch to dual 3 inch exhaust. But, he's being gay.
