Find stock t2 irons, do a half bridge or a full bridge.

the big thing is you have the intake setup which makes all the difference in getting over 200 hp.

Yea Im most likely gonna order an s5 JDM t2 motor...unless I suddenly hit the lottery then I'd buy a 20b in a heart beat. And what manifolds are u talking about...the n/a's? I also have a JDM t2 lower intake, FD upper and throttle body I was gonna use when the plan was to convert the n/a to a high comp turbo

The factory s4/s5 manifolds are too restrictive for bridgeports to breathe and make power up top. This is why most people go carb, the short intake length allows the bride to make the power up top. that intake would work great for a bridgeport on turbo irons. i think people have said 230hp on a full bridge high compression motor.

Yea it was breathing through a straw with that intake set up...it surged like crazy at higher rpms. We'll see what ends up in the motor bay, I just gotta find a deal and pull the trigger

So I'm picking up a s5 6port keg next weekend, I have a t2 lower intake manifold to port match as well as an FD upper and throttle body for the intake. CX racing manifold and a big dumb turbo, move my I.D.1000cc injectors over to the primary and get 2000cc secondary injectors and whatever goes down out back for running E85...dual pumps n such. Plan on a full bridge and race port exhaust as well as remove the n/a diffusers and if my boss will let me use the Bridgeport at work I'll drill the stud holes out to accept 1/2" studs and be pretty well set. Now back to reading...

i picked up a piece of a hood from an ae86 and turned it into a vent for my aluminum n/a hood, since the 9k racing scoop is perpetually back ordered and once stuck on and blended in should look fancy

the motor bay was looking kinda blah....so i scuffed it all, sprayed it semi gloss black and the paint fumes got to me so i took so extra fine ruby red glitter and gave it a dusting then cleared the hell over everything.

looks pretty cool if ya ask me, alot cooler than semi gloss black!!
got the "mock up" block back in so i can fit the turbo, manifolds, make piping and exhaust while the S5 short block i bought is getting ported and assembled.

So here's the set up...always have time for some fine tuning. S5 6port block, full bridge, 1 piece apex seals, move my ID1000cc injectors to primary, ID2000cc secondaries, JDM t2 lower intake manifold, FD upper intake and throttle body, traded my nitrous system to a buddy to fab up a twin scroll exhaust manifold, Borg warner S366 turbo, dual 38mm wastegates w/screamers thru the hood, 4-5" thick front mount my buddy had on his diesel, I have a fluidyne radiator and electric fan, modify the brake cooling ducts to spit air in between the front mount and radiator, v band bov (undecided), straight pipe all the way out back, aeromotive stealth fuel pump, running on and adaptronic ecu...hope for 400ish if not more

Such progress, many braps. Had my S5 6 port fully bridged, and exhaust race ported by Eccentric Motorsports in Indiana and painted up in 787B colors.

The turbo is a extended tip, twin scroll Borg Warner S366 .91 A/R, fed by a custom twin scroll exhaust manifold. The front mount is a CX Racing 31"x12"x4" with 3" piping. The block is being assembled with mainly all stock t2 components with a set of goopy 2MM apex seals. The down pipe is 4" and I want to go 4" all the way out back. I still need a spec stage 3+ clutch, tial q bov, and twin tial 38mm wastegates and ill be in the home stretch. I also picked up a Haltech E6K-8 wired for a t2 motor to run everything. Fuel pump will be a stealth 360 lph and i need a pair of ID2000's for secondaries, as well as an arm and a leg in bits and pieces to make it all fit and maybe a meth kit as well.

Good lucky with the e6k . I'm running the same ecu on my s4 6port street port with a holset hx-52 with a 800/1600 injector combo . I've thankful was able to download a few guys maps for a base start including the dyno tuned map that was on the computer when I got it from c.ludwig here on the forums . Great guy to deal with and a haltech guru if you need help

Thankfully I have friends way smarter than I. My buddies helping me road tune and get it running then I'm gonna pay to have it tuned more than likely for a "high boost tune" once its broken in and I'm used to it a bit. I just need this block to last a year or two so I can finish all the body mods I want and maybe get a bit of traction one day. I just can't wait to hear that distinct starter sound and heavy braps!!

another update** i came across a steal on a 4 point cage already powder coated wrinkle black so i picked that up, and it actually fits!! First time thats happened ever.

all bearings are now replaced and my rebuild materials have all finally arrived so all thats left to do is machine the block and its assembly time!!

went with 8 goopy oversized studs and goopy solid dowels, as well as a bunch of other stuff from atkins rotary and goopy. we're going to use the bridgeport at fidanza since its way more precise than the ancient mill at my work which makes it much easier to do for me so as soon as we can arrange a day we will knock it out. the blue dots in the next picture are the holes to be machined.

and hopefully later today i will be selling my wheel and tire setup and ill go straight to my buddies house and pick up the set of slicks and skinnies, ill need a set of drag wheels and id also like to switch out my 18s and go a little smaller so i can fit a better tire out back for street use. itll look insane on these slicks i cant wait

i may be switching from an s366 to a t6 frame s480, either way were gonna remake the manifold and have the turbo stick out the hood a bit since i love the way it looks and it will give us more room for dump tubes and perhaps and electric cut out.

if it holds together itll be the baddest 6 port in all the land lol

This is escalating quickly......But unlike most there seems to be actions to back up the words.

Keep the updates coming!
