i know there are quite a few T2-enhanced Gen I cars out there, but your plans still intrigue me. every so often someone throws a fresh idea into this tried and trued combination. i await your take on it. good luck with it.

i'm quite interested in seeing how you accomplish this. out of sheer curiosity, is there a reason that you're not going with a surge tank system?

Don't have much experience with surge tank, coming from a Supra world I always like the inntank fuel pump better than innlines for the street.. This new walboro L416 pump rocks for E85...

Sorry it took me so long to get this project going but I had some stuff to take care before I started anything....

The car is all ready with Erick at Rotery Werks for the swap... We had some bad luck with the compression in the rear rotor of the TII engine :(..... New plans we decided to built the engine with some after market apex seals and some port magic by Erick and put a big single in the mix.

I pick up today a new Borg Warner S366 with .91 back housing for a killer price to pair up with the built engine.... When I got home today the ACT clutch that I order from RX7store was waiting for me at my door :)...

Hopephelly the engine parts arrive tomorrow to start putting the engine back together.

I will post some pic tomorrow, for real this time...

More updates to come...

Engine bay will be clean and strip of all things not used...

Brain storming last night on the intercooler setup and leaving the air conditioning on the car..

The gas tank is out and will do a similar inn tank pump setup like they do in the Miatas with a specially made pump hanger.. One L485 pump for now but leaving room for 2 just incase I need more pump.. According to my calculations. I should be good with this pump for 550WHP on E85 with 4 2000 cc in jectors... I hope I am not wrong.. I preferred to have one pump setup if possible.

I was very surprise about the quality of the Ebay exhaust manifold.. For $118 it looks and feel great..
They even clean it up in the inside and the WG tube is big and well place..

Here are more pics:
