Wow. Lucky guy is right! keep her around... and put some eye protection on the girl (sorry but being in a shop that is big on safety.. That was the first thing I saw with the wire wheel pic).

rx7vargas Feb 14, 2011 12:41 AM

haha yea that was only when i took the pic she was wearing safety glasses after

diabolical1 Feb 14, 2011 12:56 PM

dude, that's beyond cool. i'm impressed when a woman simply agrees to attend meets and races with you. to actually have one that's building an engine herself leaves me speechless. yes, by all means, keep posting on how this project progresses.

Be sure to let her know engine rebuilds turn out better when done wearing a bikini...

I could barely get my wife to ride in any of my cars, but recently we went to the Pan Am Nationals and since then she hasn't missed an event.

lol... that would be better... OK a bikini and safety glasses....Yeah baby:nod:

rx7vargas Feb 15, 2011 03:21 PM

hahaha I'll let her know about the bikini, sorry for the grammar I currently live in Virginia Beach but I'm originally from Puerto Rico. So the progress in the past two days has been good, yesterday she finished painting it looks way better than it was.

Later during the night she finished painting the plates black, planning on painting the housings red and cleaned the rotors changing the oil control rings and bearings and are waiting for racing corner seal springs and apex seal springs to get here. We are also using super seals and solid corner seals. I'm currently on the look for 12a housings. After I find them and port them ill make sure she puts it back together in her bikini.

You mean you have a girlfriend who likes to work on rotaries and drive fast... and you haven't married her yet!?!?!

You may be the luckiest guy in the world, hombre, but 'smartest' is reserved for the guy who gets a rock on her ring finger first! :egrin:
