jetting for 13b bridgeport 650 dp

I've got a Holley 650 dual feed double pumper on my 13b bridgeport and i haven't been able to get her to run right. I bought a jet kit from Holley the other day and ran plug tests to see how she was running. When i pulled the plugs after running at 45 then cutting the car off, they were ghost white; so i i stepped up the primaries from 66 to 70. She was ruining a little better but still not getting nearly enough power as she's capable of. The secondary jets were at 84 because the potter valve was plugged so i tried stepping it up to 86. Problem is I'm still not getting the power i should be. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What kinda plugs are those? Have you tried NGKs?
Still looks lean to me. Should be creamy brown. A wide band helps out a TON when tuning cars. Chops are fine for bikes though. |
They are ngks, not the ones i wanted though. I finally found the ones with the solid circle for the spark contact. I tried running 70 primaries and 80 secondaries because my secondary pv is blocked off and I'm getting a popping especially at high rpm.
