Where abouts can a fellow find these flares? These look dope, and I haven't seen any that look as good. Are they old datsun flares or ?

Those look to be zg flares for a z car. Very popular mod. A search will turn up tons of stuff from install data and modification to where to purchase them. But now that you know what they are you can just google that schlit and be done with it :p
