Bosch 044 setup

Im looking to do a fuel system makeover on my turbo fb. Currently i have asumped stock tank with a -10 feed to a aeromotive a1000. The pump works better on a gravity fed system, not onewhere it has to pull fuel. I want to do an intank bosch 044 and was wondering if anyone has done this and how. Currently the car is tuned for 850/1600 combo at 13 psi, but will have asecond map done for c16 fuel at 20-24 psi.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Thanks

If you check with the FD crowd, they have at least one aftermarket supplier of twin in-tank -044 setups. My -044 is external, but I have a second pump and swirl tank inside the fuel tank. I personally like having the pump external for ease of access, but you can see my setup and how it's mounted here --> https://sites.google.com/site/elwoodsturbofb/

That is an impressive setup. How is it as far as maintaining volume/pressure? Is the feed a -8? Who made this for you??!' Where and for how much can i get a hanger setup like that for!!??

I like the swirl pot idea.

My car is setup somewhat similar to yours. I run fd irons, cosmo intake, 850/1600, gt4094r, and a haltech ps1000.

It has worked perfectly. I ran the calcs, designed it, made it, and pretty much forgot about it. Yes, the feed is a -8 to the pressure pump (the 044), then everything else upstream and on the return side is -6. The cost was fairly low since I made it in my garage and had a friend weld it for me. I think the only really tricky part that you couldn't glean from the pics was making some of the tight bends in aluminum tubing. Since they were too close to fittings for a tubing bender, I filled them with table salt so they wouldn't collapse when I bent them.

PM me if you need more info.
