4x110 bolt pattern adapter safe?

Hey guys looking for some rims for my 1985 rx7 gsl package and noticed the bolt pattern for these rims is kinda hard to find rims that fit it. But I did notice that the 4x100 pattern was much more common; seen allot of ads on kijiji for nice 4x100 rims with good tires on them and even saw a nice 4x100 pair at a local shop. I don't want to do a direct conversion to a 2nd gen or gsl-se because I was reading its a really good way to f*ck sh*t up if you don't know what your doing. So I was wondering if these would be safe, heard some guys saying spacers weren't safe but I think these are a little different. Thanks for your time! :)

Edit: here is the ad to the ones I'm looking at on Ebay

Safe adapters

Adapters are safe if made correctly. These are hub and wheel centric and custom made for each vehicle.

I saw a video about variation bolts AKA wobble nuts.
I have a set of 4x110 riken mesh wheels i wanted to fit on my gsl-se (4x114.3) and i bought a set of these variation bolts from serpent auto sports.
They work quite well and they have a taper on the bolt that is loose and is allowed to wobble into place and the threaded part tightens down to the normal hub thread. It is better explained on this page here.
