12a hesatation on acceleration
 

I have a atkins rotary 12a street ported engine with a holley 4160. It hesatates on acceleration in 2,3,4,5 gear. And when i stomp on gas in falls on face then picks up. I have change squiter from 25 to 40 seems not to help. Got both vacumm advances hooked to vacumm port on engine. timming set to factory specs Please help I am lost

This is interesting, i have a stock, emissions stripped Nikki on a 12a mild street port, and experience that same issue. It seems like its a tuning thing, i've had luck with getting the dip in rpm to lessen when i have my carb tuned better. i dont know how much tuning you've done, but it seems like with these crazy carby things, tuning is everything
