I can never make my mind up on rims. I always like a new look. But I'll be done for now since I just spend 1400 on nitto tires . And I'm spending money more on doing my single turbo conversion here this month. Just waiting on more parts

Spalato 04-03-14 05:36 PM

yeah I know what you mean...I change my mind on a weekly basis when I try to decide which rims I'd like to buy. I just got my self a set of used old-school Volk Challenge F-Zeros for a great price, so they will do for now :D

What turbo are you going with for the single conversion?

I'm doing a a Borg warner s366 with a rebuild wheel and smaller exhaust housing. Getting it tuned at force fed racing in abbotsford bc at 18psi with water meth. I'll be posting lots of pics I get all my parts this week and next week.

Spalato 04-03-14 06:57 PM

What is this thing and can I delete it.

Spalato 04-07-14 09:39 AM

It's a catch tank between the charcoal canister and the purge control valve...its for fuel vapor

Not sure about removing it though...

That's a catch can for charcoal canister particles. The charcoal canister is a way to vent gas tank pressurized air into the intake track. I have to dump mine out every couple of months because it fills with charcoal. Some people vent the charcoal canister to the atmosphere and remove the solenoid and plug the stem on the UIM. Up to you and your local laws.
