Small update. Removed the air pump and installed the FFE pulley. Nice piece. Also got a HKS SSQV some time ago that was supposed to be a complete kit. It was missing the mounting bracket so i never got around to putting it on. Found a bracket I had laying around and bent it to fit. With the air pump gone I was just able to squeeze it between the intakes and turbos.

HKS V Mount progress and a new hood.
This IC setup is a huge ordeal. With the koyo rad things are tight and theres lots of little adjustments to be made. My 92 RHD car does not match up with the lines included in the kit but hopefully I can work that out down the road. Things are just mocked up right now with the exception of the radiator and condenser pretty much locked in place. I will do a thorough review once its done and I have more time to type it out.

Nearly everything is buttoned up. Fingers crossed for no leaks. Had to remove the factory ps cooler so that was drained and filled, coolant drained and filled, ac components all there, I gotta switch over some ends or have custom lines done but I have everything capped off for now. Removed the upper intake earlier, wanted to replace the last coolant line I didnt get to in my previous work. Also removed the air pump and added an idler pulley kit in its place. Lots of changes at once.
Gotta find something for that intake pipe still and my battery is an “L” instead of an “R” so the tie down is danger close to the posts. Ill prob end up with the hks intake and may just throw a strap on the battery for now. The correct one would have to come from japan so I need to find a US source since ill definitely need more batteries down the road.

Got a used HKS RS intake on the way. And bought a HKS Twin power that popped up here. So the intake issue will be taken care of. Just need to sort the battery.
Had to trim the lower bumper opening for the radiator and brackets. So car is all back together. Last major thing at the moment is cutting the hood and installing the aerocatch pins. I really dont want to do it myself hehe, makes me super nervous.

Drove quite a bit yesterday. I was greeted by my low coolant buzzer on the first startup of the day. I forgot to fill up the overflow after all this and I'm guessing the system filled some more air pockets driving the day before, the car still has absolutely zero leaks. That overflow dip stick is useless, has anyone come up with a better system for seeing the level?
Unfortunately got some rain that I wasn't expecting and the vented hood with no rain guard had me a little nervous but no issues popped up from it yet. I did notice some weird boosting issues. The only thing I can think of is the HKS bov is leaking under boost. I noticed on my first drive Saturday that the intake sound was really loud compared to before, I just figured it was the new intakes and was keeping an eye on temps instead of the boost gauge. I will dig into that some more this week.
Coolant temps seem to rise quicker in traffic and stay higher longer than before (still hasn't gone over 90 C once the fans kick on). I assume this is due to the HKS design with the radiator being flat and getting little flow at low speed.
Overall just happy to be driving the car again.

So back to the rear suspension, and last mod/work i had hanging around (I think). My car had both rear toe arms, made by super now. The upper seemed to be newer than the lower and the lowers joints were a little loosey goosey. I found these arms by phase 2 motortrend. They are really inexpensive, feature s45c steel, and teflon lined joints with dust covers. Less than $300 for a set, the super now arms are about twice as much if not more. Install went smooth. Going for an alignment soon and will have my buddy weld on an o2 bung for my wideband.
