Hi.
I owned this car since 1997. Almost 19 yrs. time was fast. And havnt done that lot of work for my fd. Just keep it on the garage under my apartment. After checking rotary compression test, i know it still has great condition as much as 8.2-8.4 for the result of compression test. Auto tranny to manual swap has done completely and nicely except pedals. Using vented jdm pedal so far. And done for lot of works as shown below. All done for around half year. ;) -all of interior parts -replace or repaint interior parts -new gauge cluster, shifter boots and knob -new premium leather seat. Not chinese junk. -new wheels. Bbs rgr ghost chrome 18" -new tires -brakes caliper and rotor for large disc. Used 1997 fd jdm version. Which overhauled. -new suspension. Not great one but overhauled adjustable shocks -new clutch parts. Bearings and so on. -new bushings and balls for arms and lods -done for oil leaks from oil fan -exhaust gaskets replacement -catalyst replacement -99 spec exterior. Front and rear. And lights -repaint for parts. Bonet and etc -air compressor replacement -battery assembly replacement -door catch replacement Enjoy pics! |
Nice seats. The color looks sooo much better than the OEM tan.
|
Nice project! I am working on a similar effort for my '93.
|
Yeah I like seat also! Quality is pretty good like my F30. Same color. Cinnamon brown. Thx
|
Very tastefully done, now you just got to get out and enjoy it all. Cheers
|
Very clean car. Where did you get the inserts for the front bumper openings?
You may want to have this moved to build threads also. |

Thats what I was looking at, it gives the front end a more modern look.
And the Mods would be able to move it for you. |
