Sorry guys, DGRR might be too far. I know we'll make it to seven stock, and a few other shows on the west coast. The car is finally finished. I can't wait to start getting parts back on this, and see it come together. Here are some pics. They don't do it justice. I need to put the brakes and suspension on and take some pics with the dslr.

Its still a very slow progress build. Took forever and some to get a hold of the power plant, now other things are needed to put icing on the cake i guess you can say. I have turn the build discreet for now. I'm trying to get featured, and dont want to leak too much more about the build. Sorry guys.. heres a teaser Attachment 649894

HARD2B Mar 5, 2014 04:32 PM

seriousFD, are those brake set directly bolt onto the car? or there gonna be some custom work on it?
thanks,
Michael

seriousFD Mar 5, 2014 05:48 PM

yes Hard2B, i took a pic earlier in the thread with the mounting bracket. these race calipers aren't "on self" kits. you have to fill out an application with brembo specifying vehicle specifications If you can find a used set hop on it and have brackets made, and source rotors

HARD2B Mar 5, 2014 11:18 PM

ah I see
that's what I thought also, for mine to get all 3 pairs of bracket made by brembo cost me $2k.

can not wait to see the final results!!!!

Hey guys haven't been on here in a while figured I'd show a sneak peak. We're a couple months from getting the car finished. We want to thank Dave Lemon and Kyle Mohan on helping with getting the Scoot engine and assembling it

Cool, so you bought it from Koseki at Scoot, huh? Interesting dude. Builds some serious 4 rotor engines!

Ruler_Mark Dec 16, 2014 09:09 PM

... WOW! I dont know where to start. Not a fan of the headlights on that kit, or any kit really but I love everything else! I want to know the grand total of money sunk into this car at the end, labor and all!

RCCAZ 1 Dec 17, 2014 12:38 PM

^^My guess would be $130 to $150K

RENESISFD Dec 17, 2014 02:11 PM

^ More than that with a 4 rotor.

Sick man! You're in LV? I don't think I've ever seen you at any of the meets. Also what tranny are you going with?
