Honestly I want to respond but I did dig myself a hole here that I won't be able to get out of. I did lie to you all in efforts to get a chance to fix things with these people. I don't expect anything other then what I have been getting from you guys so it is what it is.

No reason to explain or try to get a point across because I know certain people on the boards will never let up. So Mike should be posting soon about him receiving money and Brett might or might not but he did receive his final payment today.

This is to confirm that I did indeed receive a $100 payment from Chris via PayPal just awhile ago. We have agreed to an aftermarket SMIC & ducting, etc. for the remaining balance owed to me. I am expecting a tracking # verifying shipment of these hopefully by tomorrow evening at least. I will keep this thread updated as to the progress.

Yes the car is going into drifting but no it's no longer sponsored. The car was put together by sponsors for HIN and a few other shows and we fulfilled the agreement we had with them and now they are over but it really makes no difference weather my car is or isn't. Their is nothing I could say or do to stop you from doing whatever you want so feel free.

And for all those reading this, I should say that Chris did make his final $50 payment to me. Not sure why it took 5 months to pay me back just over 200 bucks, but finally... after months and tons of lies, I'm done with this monster of an ***.

I just messaged you on aim. I left you a message two nights ago that I was headed over to the shop to pull the air scoop last night. So I would think this could go out either tomorrow or Thursday.

Smeagol, just so you know... Chris gave me the "I'm on the way to the shop to pull out the part you want" on 3 different occasions in my dealings with him. As you might guess, each time he ended up sending me nada, zip, zilch. It's part of his scheme to keep you off his back for a while.

I really do hope you get your part... but until you see it, don't believe a word he says...

 

What I find a little hard to swallow is he is still selling parts under this new name and he hasen't even taken care of the people hes already screwed. Might make a new gg/bg using his new name(s) so no one else gets ripped off from this guy or at least can see how he has been in the past and let them decide if they want to risk being in your situations.

Why the **** can't the mods or somebody do something? Instead, some other average joe has to run around posting after the guy. **** that.

 

Rich...you're just average...let someone better than you do it.

One of the issues is how he's banned. You can't necessarily ban his IP since everyone (for the most part) gets an IP dynamically. What might be his one week (or month) won't be the next so the same process starts again.

Hence the phrase buyer beware.
