I spoke with Chris via IM on Monday, we've come to a tentative agreement. He has promised me a tracking # for the IC/duct by this Thursday 8/30. He's asked that everyone allow a few days for this deal to be finalized. I am more than willing to accomodate as long as he comes through. If he doesn't we can go wild, and I will expect my $ refunded immediately if the IC/duct isn't on the way to me by the end of the month.

He's even more of a fool than I originally took him as if he doesn't take care of this. We have him licked every way from Sunday. There is no way he can possibly cover his tracks as we know too many of his aliases and website memberships. Clean up or get cleaned out.

Negative, I have yet to see the tracking #. Sorry for the lack of updates recently. I did talk with Chris on Thursday though, there was a small delay but he said 99% the IC/duct would go out Saturday at the latest. I realize it's a holiday weekend, so perhaps I will have something more concrete by tomorrow.

Just wanted to confirm that I have in fact received a valid tracking #. According to FedEx it should be here by the 11th. I will update the thread once it does. Hopefully everything arrives in decent shape.

1827 hrs, 9/11....wha happened?

 

Received the Pettit I/C & duct this morning. Everything is in good shape. I had to empty out a zillion packing peanuts from inside the IC which was somewhat annoying and it's got some bent fins but it's nothing I can't straighten out pretty quickly. Now I just need to find a CAI that works with the Pettic IC, anyone selling anything?

So I guess this is now officially resolved. Thanks Chris for finally getting this taken care of.

I have to agree with rich on that one. I'm glad you got everything and it looks like it will actually be usable but I can't say I'd be thanking him for finally getting it to you. Hopefully this thread will make sure he never sells here again, that is if people can keep up with all his user names.
