hmmm all very interesting..Been waiting for a refund for awhile now, and i mean awhile..But i do understand that he has had some problems, just wish i could get my money back..waiting patiently for it.. But he does seem like a nice guy..Just hoping i get my money soon..but good luck to ya clint.

For the record I did not make this post, another person in my household did. However, since it is now out there I'll ellaborate on the subject.

I had sent a payment for a part back on Jan 28th. I waited for over a week for him to get the part shipped to me. After almost 2 weeks I went ahead and just bought another part off of someone else. My car was sitting in my drive way unable to move until I got the part and being that it was my daily driver I really couldn't afford to wait forever. After I got the other part in and got my car up and running, I still had nothing from Clint.

I've been working with Clint via email and PM's since mid-February trying to get my $330 refund. For the record I had delt with Clint before and had nothing but good things to say, I know he's going through rought times right now which is why I've been more then patient with him for the past 2-3 months waiting for my refund. I have yet to file a Paypal claim as I would like to give him the benifit of the doubt but I fear I've waited to long regardless and can no longer file a Paypal claim even if I wanted to.

 

Still no update on my situation :-/

Almost June, 4 month wait roughly

 

I still haven't received anything either. Empty promise # 6-7...I lost count.

 

Well I just tried to file a Paypal dispute, saddly I waited to long and the transaction no longer is eligable for a Paypal dispute.

Lesson learned on my part :-/

 

well going on with the next empty promise.

 

Not only has Clint left me hanging, he's also left the owner of Gotham Racing flapping in the breeze. Way to go

its been a month and a still havent gotten my fking drivers side mirror....I PUT UP THE FS thread and he PM'ed me saying he had 1......now a month later.....my car is supposed to go in for paint next week and I need the damn mirror. If need be I'll drive down there to pick up the mirror.....this is damn horrible though!!

beleive it said no more then 30 days from transaction date, so if you try to be the nice guy like me for 4 months you won't get your money back

Eh, Ive delt with him before.

As stated before, you get your ****, just late.

 

So I find the infamous bash thread... Can't say that I don't deserve it. As I have said before; you will get your stuff. I am trying to get everone boxed up at least over the weekend and will ship as much as i can on Tuesday(Monday Holiday) and continue on from there.

It is no one's problem; but mine, that my wife left and cleaned out my bank account and that is why I am being held up. I can't ship without the funds to do so; but like I said, that is my problem and none of yours. I am starting over and will get everyone caught up as soon as i can.

Trust - you will get your refund if you do not want the diff; but that will not be until the first of July when I get my commisiion.

Bottom Line is that I am not going anywhere!!! I WILL make right on the orders i have. I have the parts; not any type of scammer, just need the funds to get things out the door.

Thanks for those who stepped in with kind words; once again I apologize and would do anything to not have had this happen.

NO MATTER what I will eventually rebuid my reputation! I am a good guy; just had to hit bottom and build back I guess.

He will make good on debts...he would have not come back otherwise. Everyone falls on hard times.

 

You are absolutely correct... Beleive me; many people would run and hide from the mess I am dealing with, but my concience will not let me... You guys will see.
