Beware of Gage Alaniz

He placed an order for 3 of our billet filler necks on 6/13/19 @ 5:42 PM of which he had to confirm his order and amount twice on our webstore and once again on Paypal. So instead of looking at his own emailed receipts he sends us an email saying that he has been overcharged @ 5:43 PM. This order and his email obviously came in after we were gone for the evening.The next morning I told him he bought 3 necks, he said he only wanted 1. So easy enough we refund him for the 2 extra that he purchased and ship out the 1.
Order June 13th, 2019
Shipped & Refund issued June 14th, 2019

So at this point, less than 12 hours and not waiting for any response from us in the middle of the night he runs over to Google and give us a 1 star crap review.

And in retaliation Banzai posted this customer's UNREDACTED personal information (name, phone number, address, email) to Facebook. Since he has nothing to hide I'm sure he'll have no issue with this reply.

Actually I don't, since everything is clearly redacted. This post is not for you, it is for other vendors to be aware there are people like this out there. People willing to tarnish a company's reputation because of there own mistakes, even when the company fixes the mistakes for the customer. We did absolutely nothing wrong, in fact we went above and beyond.

Funny thing is your only problem is that you think a company should not call out a bad customer. Hint: Don't act like a DB to customer service.

Any individual can call out another individual.
Any individual can call out any business
But God forbid a company call out an individual for blatantly posting false reviews on Google, GOOD LORD THAT IS UNPROFFESIONAL!!!

Anytime anyone every uses Paypal for any transaction, all of their personal information is given to the receiving party. I see that information posted here and Facebook endlessly, it is called proof that the transaction actually happened.

NOW it's redacted, but it wasn't when you posted it to FACEBOOK. Disgusting behavior and ILLEGAL use of a customer's private information.

And you didn't just call him out, YOU POSTED HIS NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER PUBLICLY. You know damn well what you did.

Anyone can go to our facebook page and see the entire post and not just the edited version above.

People reading this that are trying to figure out why Uncle Hungry has such a problem, the fact is he is scared he is next, he is not the person that the thread is about. In his arrogance he thinks hiding behind a screen name protects him from the fact that he likes to treat companies poorly. We know exactly who he is and have the most recent email chain that we could put on display (it will be redacted) if we see fit. We did him a favor and banned him from every buying from us again as a result of his behavior. Uncle Hungry can not be trusted with simple hand tools, I will leave it at that for now.

There is no reason any company should feel that they should not respond to false allegations against them. It is way too easy for people to run to Google, Yelp, Facebook etc to leave bogus reviews.

Thread is locked unless I receive a PM from someone with something valuable to add.
