Bad transaction with zeeshan
 
I purchased an alternator from zeeshan from his partout thread:

I sent him a pm about it, he replied, and I sent the money the same day. This was on July 10th.

yes i can ship to usa for 80$ shipped. the long bolt and the tensioner is included with the alternator which are both rust free. paypal is zxxxxxx@hotmail.com

I can see from his profile page that he has logged on this site and a couple other sites since I have been trying to contact him. I believe I have given him ample time to respond with an explanation and a resolution. He sold many other parts around the same time period that I paid for the alternator, and it seems that I am the only one who had any problems.

I am well past the time limit for filing any kind of Paypal dispute. I purchased from him based on his reputation and longstanding membership. I feel that I am owed an explanation as to what has gone wrong with this transaction. I would like the alternator I purchased or a refund of the money I sent for the alternator.


zeeshan I would like you to contact me please so we can resolve this transaction. I am willing to look past any mistakes you have made in dealing with me if we can work out a solution.
Moderators if you could help me communicate with zeeshan I would really appreciate it.

I know zeeshan personally and he is an upstanding guy. A lot of people, myself included have bought/sold parts to Zeeshan with positive experiences. It is an unfortunate misunderstanding perhaps and ill bring it to his attention

That is my assumption also, that he must have overlooked my multiple messages to him. I believe he has ample time to respond, so maybe something else is going on. I will immediately amend my feedback if he would let me know what is going on. Please, if you know him, bring this to his attention.

I never received his phone number during the simple paypal transaction. I haven't logged on a desktop to check his login history lately. I primarily use the mobile site. I will check tonight to see if he has been on recently. If he has, I don't know how he could have overlooked the messages about this.

Another weekly update without hearing from Zeeshan. He hasn't logged on since 9/22 but I have sent him another email last week....

Well, I finally got word from Zeeshan! He sent me no explanation, but he did send me a tracking number. I will update this thread when I get the alternator in the mail.
I was about 1 day away from blowing another 100$ on a different alternator.

Got the alternator in the mail today. Very lucky it arrived undamaged.... but it appears unharmed. I understand Zeeshan has other things in life to attend to, but this transaction could have been handled much better. I would never ignore someone I was doing business with, especially someone from this community.
That being said, I am really happy that I didn't waste my money on another part that I would not have needed. I was 'this' close to buying another one on the classifieds because so much time had passed. And I feel that I did get a good deal on it, even though I had to wait awhile.
