This guy decided to file a chargeback to his CC on an order I shipped to him overnight.
His name is Bassem Nakhla and is from Franklin North Carolina.

I guess Bassem did not like that he had to pay for merchadise and decided to file a chargeback dispute with Visa.

I have already submitted all info to the merchant services from my bank rebutting the charges. I wont get into the details at the moment, but will update everyone with any news. I have plenty of proof that he got what he paid for.

Bottom line.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. HE IS TRYING TO PULL ONE OVER ON ME...

I actually finnally got ahold of him. Apparently his girfriend filed the claim against an airline. On the written dispute I have here infront of me, it clearly states that the claim was placed against KGParts for items not recieved, written in male handwritting....

Bassem claims he contacted his bank/card and straightened it out. I am giving it a weeks or so time to see what happens. Bassem did offer for me to charge the card to pay me over the phone....

Not sure what to make of all this with the male handwritting filing a claim against KGParts, but the customer contacting me after this thread was posted offering to pay???

It has not worked out in my opinion untill VISA refunds me the money they took becasue of the claim file that nothing was recieved from the purchase.

I am still out 100% of the purchase price of the Microtech, the overnight shipping fee and the chargeback fee for the merchant.

Until I get it back, it is NOT worked out. Verbally from Bassam it "will be worked out".... but nothing yet.

If you call Brian Smith, I was out of town and I have settled this in full and I got my returned check back. He was going to post something online but I have paid him in full. This is just for your info.

I fully agree and that is why I wouldn't risk loosing him for business.

 

Also to everyone, I think keith is awesome and I will do everything in my power to honor things with him. I like him and his products a lot. Thanks keith and if you want me to pay the extra 75 dollars for the chargeback fee that you encountered, I would pay it too. Thx.

that might be a mistake but I might have merely misunderstood keith. I am willing to rectify it in whatever possible way with him.

 

What I was saying was there has already been a merchant fee associated with a % of the total sale in the ballpark of $36. The merchant services also charges a standard flat rate for chargebacks to my account for these situations. I believe the fee to be somewhere between $30 and $40. I dont recall and have not seen the exact fee as I have not received this month's statement yet.

 

It's really suprising that this goof appears to be pals with Rico the scammer. How reassuring to have Rico say this guy will make it right ROFLMAO. Are you done paying back all the money you stole from people yet Rico, err Slonsho. I also seem to recall this clod being the person claiming Rico wasn't slonsho or something.

 

For those wondering I have an update.

Well, I got my money back from VISA from the chargeback.
