got My car blown motor quoted 3 months for Completion
then delays and delays and then when I get fed up and say im taking it back ( he's 5 hrs from my home) he throws all the engine pieces in the cargo area of my 7 tearing the carpet , scratching up all ther trim panels and tearing the tint on the hatch glass. put the semi - assembles short block on the rear bin , it broke, smashed it an cause the little clips that hold the carpet over the spare to break off and poked a hole in that little bit of head liner there in by the head rests never will i do business again seeking suit of this business

I have never liked that guy. He's always rubbed me the wrong way ever since I first saw him trying to sell a buddy of mine something at his shop about 10 years ago. He had that glisteningly-white "I'll sell you a bridge in the desert" smile on his face.

BDC might have the right idea but there is no such thing as a small claims lawyer--small claims court exists to provide access to the courts without the need for an attorney. If you want to go that route and you need help getting everything in order, just PM me and I would be glad to help

when i was writing this post i was so mad, sad , and disapointed.

they got the car in september 2006. the day i dropped the car off a " technician" quit. it was a bad winter, freezing rain and i think it snowed in dallas. or at least over there part of town. i stopped by in january about the 5th and really hoped for completion for my b-day the 18th.

so i just left it alone with the hope that the shop that i have read about in my fav. magazines would do a good job and get it back to me in one great piece.

tito doesnt do work any more for the public. Just a select group with issues that wont take to much time.

but My car is done now, Gotham Racing actually has a shot of the engine bay on their vendor group buy section: 2nd gen gr67 turbo kit

 

oh yea, i pulled it from that shop in july 2007 thats when i ran out of hope.
