***s70simon double selling parts***

Bought a set of infini seats on tuesday 4/17 through the classifieds here for $1400 SHIPPED. Simon says "Great, got your payment. I'll get them out by friday." Thought it was all good, but I didn't hear from him on friday. Thought maybe he got busy. Weekend goes by and then it's Monday 4/23. Still no word. I message him to find out he re-sold the seats to someone local on 4/22. I had to go out of my way to message him before finding out he sold the seats out from under me. Then he issues me a refund on 4/23. Really scummy thing for a seller to do.

I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this guy.

Suck it up cupcake. I sold those seats Sunday evening, and Monday morning issued a full refund. I' glad I didn' ship em to you, would have had to deal with your pansy *** through paypal and losing money on shipping. Get over it.

hes a pansy but you're still a dick for saying you'd sell to him and instead selling to someone else. you know you'd be pissed too if someone did the same to you, but you sound as much of an entitled ***** as the other. so you're both pissing into the wind. main problem is you accepted his money in the first place, which makes you look shady and selfish, which is a bit worse than being the cupcake.

That's a huge douchebag thing to do and shows your lack of character. OP is in the right with his complaint about you being a scumbag seller and should PM a mod with the details. You accepted his money and then sold the item to someone else, you're still a scumbag even though you issued a refund.

This is just disappointing to see.

You can call me what you want. But when it comes down to wether risking shipping $1400 seats, them getting damaged or lost, buyer not liking them, dealing with paypal return claim, losing money on shipping.. Or selling them in person locally.. I will take option B anytime. I'm sure most of you would do the same giving same sircumstances, including Brian.

Nope. When I sell items online, even large ones, I ship em out. Not wait 5 days and then sell it to someone local instead. That's a scummy thing to do and I'm just notifying this forum of the way you conduct business.

If you didn't want to deal with shipping, you should of never posted a SHIPPED price, given me your paypal, and accepted payment.

That is an incredibly shitty thing to do. People and the way they conduct business is a big part of who they are. You posted a price, he accepted and paid you, and you go back on it then start calling him names?

This is a sign of a giant lack of character and it seems like an immoral person. I wouldn't want someone like this selling parts in the community.

Next time, don't say "shipped" price if you're going to "lose" money and deal with everything that requires shipping. Use common sense and think next time cupcake.

It's clear he has no Ethics, then he tries to justify his back stabbing, it was fortunate Brian payed with paypal, I suspect if he hadn't payed with paypal, he never would of seen his money.

And, the only way Simon can make this right, is to get the seats back from his buddy he sold them to, and complete the deal he had originally made with Brian. But I don't see that happening. So, I think he should be black balled, and not allowed to sell on here anymore, he proved he can't be trusted to complete a sale, and so the members need to be protected. I've seen this happen several times. I'll never buy from him.

Should be banned.

I was ripped off by a member on here, called him out, he had the thread deleted and proceded to rip off numerous others. It's better to cast off the dead skin.

Nice to know I'm not the only having problems with the way s70simon (Simon Adams) does business. But also pretty sad for this forum.

At the least you should have immediately refunded the payment the moment the seats were sold locally. Couldn't even do that.

Yeah pretty sad he couldn't even issue the refund immediately but waited until AFTER I asked about the seats. Idk why this guy is still allowed to do business here after showing how untrustworthy he is.
