First off, has anyone else had an issue with their service? I am giving them till Friday 9/4/2009 to give me my refund for a product I returned to them 3 weeks ago. If by that time I still have not received my refund, I will post my complaint for everyone to read and move forward with legal proceedings.

Wow...really? I've found them to be nothing but professional and with excellent service. I hope this is just a misunderstanding for everyone's sake...

I have had nothing but great service and communication from them also. Hope this gets resolved.

I have also spoke with James but he seems to not have a clue what's going on. Totally unprofessional especially if the "J" in JKL is he. |
I had a great experience with them, I bought an authentic re-amemiya ad9 hood, the one they made the mold from, and got it here quite fast. They also provided great service and promptly gave me a tracking number, no complaints here.

They set me up with no problems either. I bought a short shifter from them and it was here in a matter of days.

I purchased an item(s) and fit and quality was not what I expected from my interpretation of the description listed on their website. Contacted JKL, returned the item, and "lost contact" with them for 3 weeks after they received the return.

No man, I mean what did they say? What was their excuse? You can't just say the problem has resolved. You have to say how it was resolved.

They said they were out of town and didn't get my return till a few days ago. Refund was issued but their paypal account had been suspended because of an unrelated issue. When their account was reinstated, refund was sent. Problem resolved.

Good to hear. JKL have provided top tier customer service in my experience. In the exceeds expectations category for sure.
