Careful with jay @ evo-r for now..
Ordered my sleeks over a month ago. He has not replied to a single email or call. i have placed over 25 calls to him and left over 10 messages. Filling a paypal dispute today, hopefully i do not get screwed out of my money.
in addition to that his website is no longer working. maybe he is leaving the business with a bang. but fuck anyone that cant respond to someone after 10 voicemails and 17 emails over the course of a month. actually he answered the phone today, for the first time ever. he said hello, i said hi, he asked what i wanted and i asked him about the headlights and then he hung up on me and will no longer answer his phone again. dont buy anything from him! |

It seems people have had similar incidents as yourself with evo-r but they did eventually receive their product on the bright side. Communication is essential in any business.

Jay is hard to get a hold of sometimes. I can tell you that he is waiting on parts to complete those light kits. I have a few on order and been waiting probably 2 months on them.

Everybody wants to play business man and not want to deal with the responsibility of customer service, is not fair that we pay for items and have to chase sellers down for our purchase.

Evo-r is absolutely worthless I couldn't get him to ever return calls or emails so I could order new headlight covers. After he finally responded to vivid racing that he could get the lenses he never would give us a price and I eventually ordered some replacement lenses from RE-amemiya they look much better anyway. bottom line I would never do business with this guy. just trying to get a product is like pulling teeth.

while ive never order lights from him i have order other products he sells, actually just recently and got them within two weeks of placing the order

Maybe the product you order is in back order ( headlights) I never had a problem with jay nor evo-R . Sometimes he takes a long ass vacation in Southeast Asia . Lolz
