I ordered a red top Optima from them with an aluminum battery box. Right after I ordered I noticed there may have been some fine print saying the battery box was out of stock so I figured I'd give em a call. The next day they tell me all is well and everything is in stock and will ship the next day. So I wait a week and a half and nothing. I call them up and they tell me it has in fact shipped and the tracking number is on the website. I check it and guess what......... Nothing. Now I'm getting a little aggravated, I call them a few more times and the fucking amoeba that answers the phone tells me the battery department is closed, at Batteries Are Us. What fucking department is important enough to be open in the middle of the day when the one your store is named after is closed?!?! They won't even confirm if my order ever shipped to begin with! Now I'm not an impatient man but these people are really starting to piss me off. So I call these simple motherfuckers today and ask yet again about my order.

me " I placed an order over 3 weeks ago I still have not received and I'm not too happy, can I get some hep please? It was a battery and a battery box. first name, last name"

amoeba " Oh I see, did you get the battery box yet?"

me "No"

Amoeba " Oh ok, I've been in the hospital for the last week so I'll get both of those out to you today"

me " Wait, what? You just asked if I got the battery box and now you tell me you'll ship them both today? So you never shipped them at all? Are you the only person who works there or ships orders?

Why the fuck would this guy asked me if I got the battery box when he knows damn well he didn't ship it to me? Was he hoping some random guy would have shipped me his by accident?

Me " You know what, cancel my order. What the fuck is the matter with you people? This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had buying from someone. Is it really that difficult to ship me the shit I payed for when you say you will the first time? I intend to tell everyone I know never to buy anything from you guys, you should be embarrassed.

So cliffs are, never buy from batteriesareus.com cause they lie to you and won't ship your stuff. And I have a bit of a temper lol. Keep in mind though I attempted to be polite as long as possible, but these guys are just ridiculous. Sorry for all the foul language I'm just aggravated.
