So right now I'm going through a claim on my credit card for an online place that sold me a part but delivered another and refused to exchange it. Additionally, they are holding an already paid part until I cancel said CC claim. It's based outside of the US so I don't know how the laws apply. Since the issue hasn't been resolved I won't name names but I'd like to get your opinions whether I'm right or wrong in this situation.

Part listing goes like this:
"Replacement part name, part brand, part number xxx"
Pictures show the part in detail with a Brand Label and Part Number.
I ordered 1.

Upon delivery, the part I received is completely different but has the same Part Name, Part Brand and Part Number Label.
I contacted them to tell them they delivered the wrong part and I wanted to exchange it, I provided pictures.

In a lengthy round and round conversation with their customer service department they refused any exchange or returns and firmly stated that they delivered the correct part because Part Name, Part Brand and Part Number Label matches the order even though its obviously a different part from what they had in their listing pictures.

They contacted the part manufacturer and confirmed that the photo they had in their listing had the wrong part label on it. They deleted the picture and created a new listing and now the parts are called Part Name #1 and Part Name #2 with different part numbers and a higher price for the part I need. They claim that they're not responsible because I ordered the wrong part, that the photos are for reference only.

Since I couldn't get anywhere I opened a CC claim for that one part. I had another order pending fulfilment with them and they contacted me to tell me they will not be shipping it even though its already paid unless I cancel the claim. So now I'm just waiting for the claim to be completed and may have to open a second claim for the part they're holding... Thoughts?
