W/M set up options

Hello all. I've been going back an forth on how to setup a aux. injection system. I'm not done with break in on the rebuild yet so I have some time on this still. I've been reading as much as I can I'm just not sure if one option is better then the other.
Option 1: AEM v2 controller, pump, nozzle kit & fail-safe gauge, SBG tank with level sensor. Basically a stand alone system.

Option 2: AEM pump, FJO/Holley solenoid injector, AEM flow sensor(no gauge), SBG tank with level sensor.
Power the pump via relay & DPO ground from ecu, FJO/Holley injector gets DPO from ecu, & switched 12v, flow sensor gets 5v, ground & SPI from ecu, level sensor gets AVI from ecu.
My intent initially is to run water only and use the system for knock suppression & cleaning the internals. If needed I can then run up to 50/50 after the motor is broke in and I eventually get a good power tune. I've been in contact with Chris Ludwig and he has suggested option 2, the tuner I intend to use says option 1. Right now I using a Haltech Elite 1000 and should be able to control option 2 with it. Basically I want a good robust system that can be expanded if needed, I'm not sure if one option has an advantage over the other and would love to get your input on it. As far a components go I have most everything already on hand for either option. Wiring wise I think they will be about the same. Also want to mention Chis Ludwig has been a huge help to me on any questions I have had so thank you Chris
Thanks for your input
Mike H
