Introducing the new HFS-1 system by Aquamist
http://www.aquamist.co.uk/forum/gall...S-1/HFS-1w.jpg Here is an opportunity for those who want to try out our latest single stage water injection system with DDS3v8 failsafe incorporated. The HFS-1 system comprised of: The system can be triggered by either boost or fuel duty %. A line valve controls the flow of water within 1/100th of second after the pump is activated. Water pressure is regulated by three internal by-pass valves within the 150W Shurflo pump. Three water jets 0.8, 0.9 and 1.0mm is supplied. Two brass hard pipe adaptors and a y-piece are supplied with the system. A very comprehensive set of fitting and hose is included with the exception of a water tank. As usual, a high degree of options for the two “failsafe” outputs, enabling user to switch map, lower boost when “low flow”, “high flow” and “no flow” is detected. The system is highly competent in its own right easily upgradable to any one of the higher HFS end systems in the future with minimum component redundancy. Offered at the great pre-introductory price for a limited period. Click here to register your interest. http://www.aquamist.co.uk/forum/gallery/HFS-1/dot.gif Please post any questions regarding the HFS-1 system here. |
The system is a single stage system. Injection is triggered by the DDS3v8 junction box.
The junction box reads sensor signal from the MAP sensor. User can set the trip point with a small potentiometer on the DDS3 Junction box. Alternative, you can configure the DDS3v8 to read fuel duty cycle % to trigger the system. http://www.aquamist.co.uk/forum/gall...S-1/wiring.gif |

this system is awesome.
I'm not registered on the SRTforums, but I'd like a kit, can you send me a PM with the price and payment info. I'm about to buy a kit for my car and I sure like this one, so I guess I'll give it a try :D |
There is a GB on EVOM forum of this system that will end at the weekend. Anyone interested please contact me regarding Technical matters.

The main differences between the two systems: 1) Single stage and progressive with fuel flow 2) Inline valve: on/off (standard speed valve) vs PWM (High Speed valve) 3) Comes with a 22cc surge arrestor/accumulator (HFS-5) The similarity between the two: 4) 150W/125psi shurflo pump 5) DDS3-v8 fail-safe flow monitoring system (with dash gauge) 6) All necessary fittings and wire harness 7) Neither system comes with a tank 8) Three jets + 2x Nickel plated Brass hard pipe adaptor 9) Y-piece for twin jet operations. 10) 100 micron inline fliter HFS-1 to HFS-5 upgrade path. Online readings: http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthr...263787 (HFS-5) http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthr...to the design) Detailed Installation: http://www.srtforums.com/forums/show...HFS-5 on SRT4) http://www.srtforums.com/forums/show...HFS-5 on SRT4) As the HFS-1 is not yet shipped: the following link is the best representation: http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthr...239686 (HFS-1) |
I can't seem to get through to your first and last links. Do they tell me how much the system will be and how to order one?

To Aquamist,
I've just gotten my kit. Looking through it and comparing it to the manual, Part # 806-234, the Inline Solenoid Valve, the wiring diagram and wiring instructions shows a 2 core wire (red and blue) leading out of it and connecting into the Junction Board into connectors #21 and #22. On the part I got, there is no wires leading out of it. Is there an error or missing part in my kit? Without a connection to the Junction Board, I do not see how this component can provide a feedback to the controller. I have emailed Richard from Aquamist but have yet to get a response. Please respond to this query. I'm in dire need of immediate assistance. Thank you. -L- |
This is a plug on the 806-235 valve, undo the top screw and pick out the inner assembly, the screw terminal posts are inside.
