How often should AI nozzles be cleaned?(which nozzle should I use?)

Now that I am going to hook up the System I would like to know the "maintenance aspect" of it.
My car(TII) is going to have a To4S,50 mm wastegate and 1000/2000 on a haltech Ps1000.
I need an idea as to what size of nozzle to run.Location that is preferable,( I can put it anywhere,so to speak)
And how often do the Nozzles require cleaning, how do you clean them?
Thanks in advance for any info.STYX.

If you have a filter before the pump, a filter in the nozzle, and use only distilled water, only if it mysteriously gets clogged.

for filtered or tap water depending on how hard is the water (mineral deposits) I'd check them monthly (daily driver) and clean when needed.

I have an Aquamist kit with a flow gauge so I just change them out when I see less is flowing. Besides that, I would soak the nozzle in a solution every month. I cleaned out one of my nozzles and was shocked to see how much water/meth/dye came out of that sucker.

You get what you pay for.

I will not used tap water..that is for sure. You should see the kettle after 40 uses! The water is crap around here!
My AI kit is the old Varicool system(legacy).
I still need to know the size of nozzle if anyone can point that out. Thanks Guys!

Flow test the nozzel to varify how much water it sprays per minute at the boost psi you want to run. All you need is an air compressor, low pressure regulator, bucket but a gallon bottle is better as it collect all spray, a good timing device, some tubing, and the will to do it.

In this test both nozzles were checked for flow using calibrated containers for 15 sec. (flow = amount X 4)
Using a regulator helps check on/off of pump and flow at different pressures.
When using two nozzles there is a reduction from advertised flow.
