Coolingmist controller??

I just got my coolingmist vari cool kit installed and the controller seems to be injecting 5 to 7 psi early. I have the min knob set at 17psi just to get it to come on at 10psi on the boost gauge. If i put the min knob at 10 it injects when my boost gauge is reading 5psi, I know there can be a small difference between gauges and computer readings but this seems like alot to be off.
Is there anything that can be done to correct this?

install the software and connect to your laptop. Turn the min knob and look at the knob on the screen. It should match what the controller knobs say, if not, you can remove the green knob and align the knob with the number. Most likely that is your problem.
