cooling mist new jets
cooling mist has new jets...super atomizing......has anyone used them pre turbo or used them at all...? it looks like they mist well.

Don't really see the difference between them. The original nozzle works fine at any pressure above 30psi. I guess it might be better for lower pressure? (You shouldn't really see lower pressure anyway.)
The real advantage of the newer injectors is the ability to actually tighten the damn thing with a regular wrench. The older style injectors are just all-thread with no way to tighten or loosen them. It sucks. |
anyone else......

no one..........................?

Why pre-turbo?
|
Im waiting for mine in the mail should be here tomorrow.
Being able to put a wrench on them was the main reason i bought it. |

The whole setup has changed from 2 m2 nozzles to 1 Cm5 nozzle and a 250 pump.
The old setup i had a nozzle per secondary runner. This ones going in the elbow |

i never used water injection.so my quess is that water will absorb heat at it's main source before getting to the engine..
I have talked to Harry Hruska (owner of Precision Turbo) about this at great detail. I would think they know a thing or two about turbos, lol!! |

Pre-turbo will slow the turbo down, install the nozzle after the IC.
